Der Doemensianer - the magazine of the Doemensian Alumni Association and the Doemens e.V. - is published by W. Sachon and is the official trade publication of Doemens Academy in Gräfelfing.

Reports on the academy and the individual chapters of the Doemensian Alumni Association as well as information on courses and seminars keep readers of the Doemensianer - mostly former students - up-to-date, yearbook style, with the brewing academy in Gräfelfing.
