Fruit juice industry: Juice Summit and IFU events postponed

The Juice Summit, the annual congress of the global fruit juice industry, will not be held this year. Due to the planning uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the decision has been made to postpone the event for one year, according to the organizers. The new date is 6 to 7 October 2021.

The International Fruit and Vegetable Juice Association (IFU) Juice Conference in South Africa has also been postponed by one year and will now take place on 11 and 12 May 2021.

Due to the corona virus, the Technical Workshop of the IFU also had to be cancelled this year. Instead, the association now offers online training in research and development, quality, analytics and supply chain.

Interested users can register for the webinars on the IFU website. From June onwards, with the exception of August, an online event will then take place every month. Holders of a ticket for the IFU Technical Workshop will automatically receive access to the webinars.
